Prompt
Make a [LENGTH IN SECONDS]-second listing video for [ADDRESS OR AREA] from my photos and clips. - Order: the outside, the entrance, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, the view or garden last. - Photos: 2.5 seconds each with a slow pan or zoom, never the same move twice in a row. Clips: the smoothest 3 seconds of each. - A lower third at the start: "[PRICE]" and "[KEY DETAILS]". A small label naming each room. - [LOOK], bright and true to the real colors. - [MUSIC], calm. End card: "[CALL TO ACTION]" with [AGENT NAME]. Render 9:16 first, then 16:9 as the next version.
The blanks
- [LENGTH IN SECONDS]
- How long the finished video runs, as a number of seconds. Reels and Shorts hold best between 15 and 60.
- [ADDRESS OR AREA]
- How to name the place, for example "a 3-bedroom in Alfama".
- [PRICE]
- The price as it should read.
- [KEY DETAILS]
- Size, rooms and one standout feature, for example "120 m2, 3 bed, rooftop terrace".
- [LOOK]
- The color look by mood, for example "warm and soft", "teal and orange", "crisp and bright", "black and white", "film".
- [MUSIC]
- A track you uploaded (say its file name), or a mood and genre for the stock music search, like "upbeat lo-fi" or "cinematic, builds slowly".
- [CALL TO ACTION]
- What the viewer should do at the end, in the words to show, for example "Try it free at lumen.app".
- [AGENT NAME]
- Your name or agency, and a phone number or link if you want it shown.
Tips
- Keep the colors true. A look that warms the walls can misrepresent the property.
- Horizontal photos crop in 9:16; say "fit blur on the wide shots" to keep whole rooms in view.
